DescriptionInitializes a rampage.

Parameters
1 = GXT to show up at the start of rampage.
2 = Weapon ID to use for rampage.
3 = Rampage time limit.
4 = Amount of kills to pass rampage.
5-8 = Models which count towards a kill in the rampage.
9 = Should the GXT Entry 'KILLPA' show up when completed?

The models can be set to -1 for any ped and -2 for any vehicle.
